Shamsi hosts anther successful solo exhibition at Unionville’s McKay Art Centre in Markham, Ontario, titled “Walls of Prejudice” from June 27 to July 1, 2012. This marks Shamsi’s second solo exhibition at this venue which has been attended by hundreds. The first solo exhibition was hosted in the fall of 2009. The Ontario Arts Council has been a generous supporter for both of these events.

Shamsi unveils her autobiography and collection of her art work via the book titled : ‘Shamsi Shahrokhi, A Collection of Works’.

This 5 day show from June 27 to July 1, 2012 titled ‘The Walls of Prejudice’ encompassed Shamsi’s traditional and contemporary mediums.

Shamsi is seen autographing her book for a friend and admirer of Shamsi’s art works.
