27 highly
talented artists of the York Region showcased their works
at this year's juried show. Out of the 185 works entered, 30 were selected and Shamsi Shahrokhi
has been awarded one of the 3 Jurors' Merit Awards.

Shamsi has displayed
two works titled 'Women of 21 Century' and 'Hejab' created by her
award winning technique of Heat Drawing. Hejab is the winner of
this year's Jurer's Merit Award.
